Risk Rules

Max 1% risk per trade. Non-negotiable
Hard stop loss on every trade
Never move stop loss against position
Stop trading at daily loss limit
Max 3 trades per day
No revenge trading after a loss
No adding to losing positions
Close laptop after daily target hit

Mindset Rules

If mood < 5, do not trade today
If less than 6 hours of sleep, reduce risk by half
After 2 consecutive losses, take a 30-minute break
Never trade when angry, fearful, or seeking revenge
Review previous day's journal before every session
Celebrate process, not P&L
Accept losses immediately. They are a cost of business
End every day with a journal entry. No excuses
